In-Game Text
Fire a weapon at your opponent.
About
Shooting people is a good way to get them in combat, and does high damage.
Damage done by a Musket/Rifle is about 35% of the target's total Blood, while damage done by a Pistol is about 15%.
However, there is a price, Muskets drain about 20% of your Black Bile, and Pistols about 10%.
Additionally, if you miss, you still lose your Black Bile.
Hitting a player with a shot will cause them to be Snared which slows their run speed a great deal for a time. Muskets deal a more effective snare than Pistols.
Shoot does not belong to a specific combat type, but is influenced by Common Combat.
