A Tiny Pocketwatch is obtained by chance when Butchering a March Hare or a Dead Rabbit. The chance of receiving this item increases once you've learned the Viscera & Bits Skill.
Once you have learned the Skill, Fast Moves, you can used a Tiny Pocketwatch during Combat to greatly increase your Running speed for several seconds. It will also immediately get you out of being Snared.
