Town Claim
at base 750, 50 is the border line of having the bar red, if that makes sense to you pros, confirmed by a friend of mine. under 50/750, the bar goes red (over 50 the bar goes back to white) and your town claim will lose its authority, makes it prone to decays and scentless crimes. would someone describe that in better english? some people seem to face this issue and i think wiki should include this info. --Tonkyhonk 00:14, 3 September 2012 (CDT)

People can traspass a town without any restrictions, can they steal without leaving criminal scents?
