Thorn bushes have a total of 10 thorns, each time a Thorn is picked there is a chance to get a Serrated Grimthorn instead. There is also about a 50% chance Picking the Thorn will do 1 Blood Damage. A Serrated Grimthorn can also be found by chance when Dissecting an
