Right-clicking a  Honeycomb and selecting "Drain" will give you .1 liters of  Honey and 1x  Beeswax. An empty Vessel, or one already containing Honey must be in your inventory when Draining a Honeycomb, otherwise the Honey will be lost. This will destroy the Honeycomb.
Busy Bee
When poured into a Drinking Vessel and equipped to the left Hand slot, Honey can be Sipped to gain a  Busy Bee buff which will give a 2.25% boost to your max Humours. This buff can be increased with more sips, up to 22.5% of your max Humours. Each sip will add 10 to the  Quaffed & Quenched debuff.
