Can't be lifted outside the house where it was first built. You can move them outside either through destroying the house or by placing a rowboat in a house, lifting the cupboards into them and then lift the rowboat out of the house. This may or may not be a bug.

Has an inventory grid of 8x8 totalling 64 slots.

It is recommended to never lock your cupboards due to the ease of bashing them. So leaving them unlocked means that after a raid there's a chance the cupboard will be left behind.
