An Argopelter Heart is received by chance when Cutting up a 
Stuffed Argopelter.
Right-clicking an Argopelter Heart and selecting "Drain" will give you .5 liters of 
Blood of Argopelter. An empty Vessel, or one already containing Blood of Argopelter must be in your inventory when Draining a Argopelter Heart, otherwise the Blood of Argopelter will be lost.
