Unlike a Tiny Pocketwatch the Pocketwatch of Popham is not consumed on use, but instead has a one week cool-down. A Pocketwatch of Popham can be carried in a Gadget Belt. Watch Buff Once you have learned the Fast Moves Skill, you can use a Pocketwatch of Popham to gain a Watch Buff which greatly increases all Movement speed for 10 seconds. This Movement speed will ignore the Snared debuff.
