A Whispering Snake Skull is obtained by chance when Butchering a 
Dead Timber Rattler. The chance of receiving this item increases once you've learned the Viscera & Bits Skill. Additionally, it is very rarely found in Hollow Logs and Hollow Stumps.
It is one of the best Artifacts available for combat. For this reason it is NOT advisable to Study this item. Older pilgrims may be interested in Buying this item from you.
