A  Writ of Homesteading is used for building a  Stake Claim. It can be purchased from the Vendor Stalls in Providence for 150x  Silver Pieces. A Writ of Homesteading can be stored in the  Pirate Captain's Sash.
Stake Claim
A Stake Claim, also known as a Personal Claim or "P-Claim", is the preferred Claim Type of pilgrims in the New World. It can be marked as your Homestead and allows Fast Traveling from anywhere on your Claim, including from inside Buildings, as well as preventing Decay from occurring on anywhere on your Claim. Pilgrims entering your Claim without your Permission will leave Trespassing  Scents, taking items will leave  Evidence of Larceny, and attempting to  Destroy you Structures will leave  Evidence of Waste. All acts of Crime committed on a P-Claim will give the  Crime! debuff to the Criminal, and additionally will trigger nearby Aggressive Defense Structures. A Writ of Homesteading cannot be  Salvaged.
