About Horse Whistle can be crafted after unlocking the Equestrian Mastery skill. This item will allow you to summon your horse once every 24 hours, as well as dismiss your horse to the location it was last summoned from an unlimited amount of times. The horse whistle can be attuned to a single horse. Once the horse that has a whistle attuned to it dies, the horse whistle is virtually useless. How to Use Once a Horse Whistle has been crafted, you can attune the whistle to a horse by right clicking the horse whistle onto the horse. Once the the horse is attuned, it will become a stallion. The horse whistle will have two options, Summon Steed and Dismiss Steed. To either Summon or Dismiss the steed you will need approximately 15 tiles of free space from your character to the direction the horse is coming from or traveling to. (This prevents the horse from colliding with surrounding objects when it teleports to you, or away from you) Summoning a steed will set a way-point exactly where the horse was summoned from. Dismissing a steed will then send that horse to the way-point that was set. Summoning or dismissing a steed takes approximately 15 seconds and plays a unique song for both.
