0.1 L Otto of Rose in 10 L of Vegetable Oil will make 5% Rose-tinted Tanning Fluid.
The tanning fluid must be at least concentration 5% to tan the hides and can go up to 50% the higher the concentration the better the chance of getting Fine Leather. At high enough concentrations you can guarantee success.
