About
Mr. Sad Paddle is used to punish criminals in the Stocks. Unlike the Wild Whip and the Executioner's Whip, there is no limit to the amount of times it can be used per day. It also hosts a unique animation and sounds as it is used to spank criminals instead of whipping them. Using it on players in the stocks will deal permanent damage to their Humours.
Marp has stated that this is a developer-only item and, to date, no player has reported finding one out in the world.
