Firearms allows you the means to exercise that right. FirearmsWith the Firearms Skill learned and a loaded Gun equipped, a pilgrim can use the Shoot Combat Move. To load a Gun, select your Gunpowder and right-click it on Gun. Repeat the process with your Musket Balls. To shoot, click the Shoot Attack and click the cursor in the direction you wish to Shoot. Shooting a Gun will drain about a high percentage of your Black Bile. The Shoot action will channel for a moment as you aim the Gun - using the At the Ready Action reduces this channel time. Once the channel is complete your Gun will Shoot in the direction you chose, however, if the target has moved, you will miss, so aim well. Shots do not travel over solid objects. Being Shoot with a Gun does high Blood damage and causes you to be temporarily Snared. Each shot use 5x grams of Gunpowder and 1x Musket Ball.
Both Gunpowder and Musket Balls can be purchased in the Providence Stalls - Gunpowder in 50 gram batches for 15x Silver Pieces and Musket Balls 10x for 75x Silver Pieces, making each Shot cost about 8x Silver Pieces. |
